Ever wonder how aerobically fit you are?  We are going to learn about the benefits of VO2 testing.  Learn about anaerobic threshold, metabolic efficiency, caloric expenditure, peak VO2 and training zones to meet your fitness and performance goals.  No actual testing done at ASR.  Private appointments must be made directly with Brent at Mercy Acceleration for a fee.
